Product Design Department

Streamline’s Product Design team consists of international experts familiar in the most modern, technologically-advanced methods and procedures for industrial and commercial product design. Sophisticated design software, CAD packages, and modeling procedures are all part of what Streamline can bring to the Product Design Function.

Streamline employs a three-phase industrial and/or commercial product concept development process that brings the idea from concept formation to prototype development.

Engineering Department

Streamline has an experienced Engineering staff that can provide all manner of industrial product engineering support. Whether a simple design blueprint is needed or if projects require complex industrial production engineering or reverse engineering, Streamline has the requisite in-house talent capable of supporting your needs.

Besides taking products from the drawing board to the assembly line, Streamline can also assist with industrial production engineering and reverse engineering. Streamline’s extensive reverse engineering experience ranges from small electronic appliances and telecommunication products to medium and large scale automated equipment including consumer electronics, medical devices, printing equipment, packaging machinery, table-top instruments and equipment, etc.

Streamline engineers can take existing concepts and modify them to accommodate mass production realities. They are also able to take an existing product and work backwards to ascertain design and production realities and best practices.

Streamline Alliance’s Engineering Department offers comprehensive engineering support including design and product development, rapid prototyping, re-engineering, production optimization, and packaging engineering. Skills sets include Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, and Machinery engineering.

Procurement Department

Streamline has years of experience in international vendor sourcing and procurement. Additionally, our China office has developed an extensive network of Chinese suppliers spanning many different industries including, but not limited to:

Each Procurement division has its own unique, multi-lingual specialists and department managers all of whom have in excess of five years of experience in their respective fields.

Furthermore, our China location and years of cooperation mean that the supplies in our professional China procurement network are the most reliable and cost effective in their industry sectors. Additionally, such extensive collaboration often results in lower prices than would normally be obtained if our customers went to the same suppliers directly. Finally, each Procurement division has made it a point to establish personal contacts with the owners and managers of all affiliated factories so when if and issues arise, they may go straight to the decision-makers to resolve them.

Production Management Department

Streamline Alliance has years of manufacturing expertise and production management experience. This knowledge spans products and industries ranging from consumer electronics and packaging products to complicated tooling and machinery and subcomponents. This focus on production excellence has allowed our Production Management Department to develop a system of controlling the manufacturing process in such a way as to minimize costs and optimize value and output. Streamline’s skilled staff is equally knowledgeable about improving both automated manufacturing processes, as well as labor intensive ones.

Streamline is also dedicated to safety and quality. We understand that along with price, maintenance of quality standards, dependability and on-time delivery are of focal importance. Consequently, Streamline works directly with customers to ensure that the quality and integrity of their products is maintained and their lead times are met. Our strong production management experience combined with our manufacturing expertise and international experience ensures a proactive, pre-emptive approach to simple, efficient manufacturing.

Streamline Alliance’s Production Management Department has years of production and account management expertise. Personnel are required to be familiar with all relevant production issues including raw material, labor, and process considerations. Team members are assigned to personally work on projects and see them through from inception to fruition.

Quality Control (QC) and Assurance (QA) Department

Because of Streamline’s extensive experience working with factories on the China Mainland, it is has developed an effective in-house QC/QA department capable of managing orders facilitated through Streamline or from the client side. Our qualified inspectors, engineers, and auditors contribute a wealth of quality system knowledge, as well as provide a local oversight presence. Perhaps more importantly, as a US company that is both buyer and procurement agent itself, Streamline adds a client-oriented business and cultural point of view that allows for a level of pre-emptive and proactive quality assurance that is difficult to find with other inspection service providers.

Streamline Alliance’s QC/QA Department is extremely familiar with all facets of quality control and assurance. Our certified inspectors, engineers, and auditors are proficient both at developing suppliers’ quality systems, as well as providing continual process improvement. They are proficient with quality management tools such as sampling plans and AQL, FMEA, SPC, MSA and Six Sigma management. They are likewise well versed in accepted QA Department operating procedures such as process audits, product source inspections, non-conformance control, corrective action requests, raw material quality assurance, sub-supplier management, and VQA.

Logistics Department

The process doesn’t end when a supplier is found or even when a product has been mass produced to perfection. Unless lead times and delivery deadlines are met consistently, a perfect product is all but worthless. For this reason, Streamline has developed a professional, in-house logistics department capable of ensuring that your sourcing experience runs like clockwork from star to finish.

Streamline Alliance’s Logistics Department provides a full range of logistical support. We have a dedicated, experienced team that boasts:

• Attenuated experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry
• Extensive connections with freight forwarders
• In-depth knowledge of shipping considerations and prices
• Ability to perform container loading calculations for optimal efficiency
